2. Complete Basic Details

Add your basic details about you and your company.

A couple notes to keep in mind:

Company name

  • This is the going to be the name of your Dashboard. We recommend using the brand name, as opposed to a different entity associated to the brand such as an agency.
  • That said, this can be always be adjusted down the road (post-onboarding).

Timezone

  • The selected timezone is used across your dashboard for all users in your account.
  • This is important to understand when you begin comparing Northbeam-reported data with any other in-platform data. If the timezones don't align, there will likely be disparity in the data.
    • For example, if Northbeam is set to Pacific Time, but Facebook Ads is set to Eastern Time. The ad spend for a selected date range may not line up.
